Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (U.S.):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Madlandz Performance currently ships to:

  • United States

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in our products, please contact us directly.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Madlandz Performance is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Keep all packaging materials.

  2. File a claim with the shipping carrier.

  3. Contact us at chris@madlandz.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist if possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Madlandz Performance is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
