Returns & Refunds

At Madlandz Performance, we stand behind the quality of every product we manufacture. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.

  • All returns must include original packaging and any included hardware or accessories.

  • A proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed, used, or modified parts

  • Custom-machined or special-order items

  • Damaged items caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.


Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or need an exchange for a different color or product, contact us within 30 days. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.


2-Year Limited Manufacturing Warranty

Madlandz Performance products are backed by a 2-Year Limited Manufacturing Warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Material flaws

  • Structural failures under normal use

  • Failures directly caused by workmanship

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic blemishes or anodizing wear

  • Damage caused by improper installation

  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or modification

  • Products used in racing, competition, or extreme environments

  • Filters, consumables, or third-party components

Warranty Claims

To file a claim:

  1. Contact Madlandz Performance with your order number and detailed description of the issue.

  2. Provide photos or video showing the defect.

  3. Ship the product to us for inspection (customer pays shipping to us).

If a defect is confirmed, Madlandz Performance will:

  • Repair the product or

  • Replace it with an equivalent product at no cost
    Return shipping for approved claims is covered by us.


Shipping Damage

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, report it within 72 hours so we can file a carrier claim and send a replacement.
